Description
The pre-drilled block is a 30/36 cm thick hempcrete block with a vertical, rectangular hole to allow the creation of steel-reinforced, load-bearing concrete columns. It is used, in conjunction with the U blocks, in the IsoHemp Hempro construction system to create load-bearing and insulated walls formed only of hempcrete blocks, with a reinforced concrete frame cast inside them. This block features a mortise and tenon profile, reducing thermal bridging through the mortar gap and the amount of adhesive mortar required.
